Refunds
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS unless we were unable to completely fulfill an order. Or item was damaged in transit and we do not have the items to replace it. Before a refund is issued we will attempt to offer another replacement item or similar item. If this can not be done then a store credit will be issued. Otherwise no money will be exchanged or given back but store credit or gift card will be given to use at a later date or time on future purchases for any product or subscription in the store. Cash, PayPal, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or Credit Card Refunds are not given under any circumstances.
Returns/Exchange
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 4-7 days have gone by since your purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange only if an error was caused on our part. But if you changed your mind and decided you did not want your item(s) you have 3 days to return or exchange and to be offered a full store credit. If you return an item without getting another item for exchange a RESTOCKING FEE of $8 will be take out and the balance will be given on a gift card or store credit, however it is up to the discretion of the owner or customer service manger at the time if any fees will be waived. Each order is case by case .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No items can be returned more than 7 days after delivery. You should reach out immediately to ensure you meet the time frame to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as: Gift cards /Gift vouchers, Jewelry Bingo tickets, Downloadable software products, DIY jewelry kits with missing pieces, and subscription boxes. We do not take returns on any subscription items. But you may cancel your service before the next box ships out.
To complete your return, we require a receipt located in our system or proof of purchase meaning you have the purchase order slip that comes in every package. Please do not send your purchase back unless authorized. We will not send it back to you, and you will not get any funds back.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A (REFUND = store credit or gift card with HJB.) Not cash or cash returned to a credit card! Otherwise you item will just be replaced if it is available. If you are approved, for a refund (store credit) then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online profile here at Her Jewelry Box2 in the form of a gift card or store credit that you may use at anytime. Otherwise a refund to a credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days will be given. ***We only issue this type of refund if we are the cause of the issue with the order and or we no longer have the item you ordered.*** Otherwise you will get a store credit if it was something we had no control over.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund= (store credit/ gift card for Her Jewelry Box) yet, first check your online profile and then your email. You should receive a email with gift card information or store credit. Otherwise email us and let us know so that we can follow up and issues the store credit. If you were scheduled to get a cash refund to your card due to HJB not having your item(s) anymore then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at herjewlerybox2@gmail.com again.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded (store credit/gift card), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at herjewlerybox2@gmail.com and upon approval send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the person, then the person will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to the person or whom ever purchased the items or initiated the return process.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/ he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for shipping costs. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Once we ship out a product to you and you paid for shipping those funds are spent. We will not reimburse you for sending back a product you decided not to keep. If you are scheduled to receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund if we send you a label along with a restocking fee of $8.
Depending on where you live shipping fees may vary, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you from our store, and for us to send you a replacement item may vary.
If you are shipping $75 or more in items back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
