Due to Covid 19/CoronaVirus pandemic shipping times are slightly delayed. Your packages are still shipping out very carefully and wiped down with care. I am limiting my post office runs to one to two times a week.

Currently USPS is experiencing slower shipping speeds this season. Please be mindful and track your order. If there is a problem with your package shipment process, please contact the USPS 1-800 number or your local post office.

Depending on the size of your order and if it has custom hand painted items will also impact shipping time. Generally items that are already available in the store and are not made to order are shipped out within 2 days of purchase unless your order has a mixture of custom and on hand items.

You will receive shipping alerts every step of the way throughout your ordering process. Be patient and wait for these alerts as the system take time to update before you begin to email and message the store.
